1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Offered
HoldLuggage provides on-demand luggage storage and delivery services within Dubai, including:
Pickup from hotels, airports, homes, and offices
Secure storage for short-term and long-term durations
Scheduled delivery to customer-specified locations
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings must be made through our website or mobile app.
Payment can be made via credit/debit card or cash upon pickup.
Full payment must be completed before delivery of the luggage.
4. User Account
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date personal and contact information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
HoldLuggage reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of our policies.
5. Luggage Storage Policy
Only personal luggage is allowed (no hazardous, illegal, or prohibited items).
We reserve the right to refuse storage if items are deemed unsafe or suspicious.
Each item is tagged, logged, and securely stored in our monitored facility.
6. Pickup and Delivery
We provide door-to-door pickup and delivery services within specified zones in Dubai.
Customers must ensure they are available at the agreed time and location.
Rescheduling must be requested at least 2 hours in advance.
7. Liability and Insurance
While we take all necessary measures to ensure the safety of your items, HoldLuggage is not liable for:
Items not disclosed or packed improperly
Any losses due to natural disasters, theft, or third-party mishandling
Customers are encouraged to keep valuables (e.g., jewelry, electronics) with them.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled pickup will receive a full refund.
No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
9. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and never share data without consent.
10. Changes to Terms
HoldLuggage may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
